2007 Winter Tours


(Teton Village 2007-2007)

Lift Prices: Ski 3 of 4 Days: Adults: $165.00


OLD FAITHFUL IN YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK is a favorite. Pick-up approximately 06:30 a.m., returning between 6-7 p.m. Travel by snowmobile is around 95 miles and includes a continental breakfast and lunch. A valid driver's license is required to operate a snowmobile machine in Yellowstone. Travel is on groomed roads by snowmobile is approximately 95 miles roundtrip. Maximum speed is 45 mph. A price per machine entrance fee is separate from package price and is due at park entrance from guest on snowmachine. There is no off trail riding. Children under 6 yrs. are not recommended as rider for this trip.

Parents or guardians are responsible for any minor driving a snowmobile and must be within 100 yards of them at all times. Anyone driving their own machine will be charged adult prices.

Adults: $205.00; second adult rider $95.00; children (6-14) $70.00.

Entrance Fee into Park($15.00 per machine 2000 prices)

BROOKS LAKE LODGE, near Dubois, Wyoming is a tour designed for aggressive riders looking for mountain trail and off trail riding. Miles of snowmobiling covered average 80-100 miles per tour. Pick up between 7:30-8:00 a.m.- returning approximately 5:30 p.m. Lunch is included at Brooks Lake Lodge or another Lodge in the area. Brooks Lake Lodge is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Double riders not recommended.

Adults: $185.00 (single riders) Second Rider: $95.00

TOGWOTEE tour is a combination of off trail and trail riding through Wyoming high altitude back country. Continental breakfast is served while you are getting fitted and lunch will be at Togwotee Mountain Lodge. Miles of snowmobiling covered average 70-80 miles. Pick up is 8:00 a.m., returning approximately 5:30 p.m. Double riders not recommended.

Adults: $185.00 (single riders) Second Rider: $95.00 Children 6-13 $75.00

GROS VENTRE is where the bighorn sheep, eagles, moose, elk and deer can be seen on your tour. Pick up is 8:30 a.m., return about 5:00 p.m. Continental breakfast and a box lunch with a hot side dish and beverage is included. Snowmobile miles covered are approximately 60 miles. Off trail riding is not available on this tour since this area is a winter habitat for Wyoming game animals.

Double riders not recommended.

GRANITE HOT SPRINGS is a relaxing fun filled day with a 25 mile round trip. Pick up is approximately 9:00 a.m., returning approximately 4:00 p.m. Bring your swim suit and your towel for a swim in the naturally fed hot springs pool. A continental breakfast is served and a chicken, fish or steak lunch by the pool. Adults:$185.00 Second Rider: $95.00 Children 6-13 $75.00

Off trail riding is available on the Granite, Togwotee, and Brooks Lake Tours.

Closure is controlled by the Park Service and can occur earlier. The tour will be substituted by a second choice of equal value.

A 18% gratuity is added to all groups.

TRIPS include: Transportation to and from your place of lodging; continental breakfast, one piece snowmobile suit, boots and helmet with face shield; Polaris snowmobile, fuel; a delicious hot lunch and an experienced local guide.

PLEASE BRING: Ski gloves (limited supply is available if you do not have ski gloves), sunglasses (not goggles), a neck gaiter or face mask, a "fanny pack" or day pack is handy for personal items and a back supporter if you have a weak back. There is a possibility of rough trails, therefore, athletic undergarments for both men and women should be considered.

DAMAGE WAIVER OPTIONS are available for an extra fee for those over 18 yrs. of age.

You will be trekking across a winter wonderland with a naturalist guide. Your guide will be interpreting the landscape, while looking for animals, their tracks and signs.

Hikers need: layered clothing and warm boots. Ski poles are helpful for balance but are not mandatory.

THE EXPLORER - is a half day tour with pick up 8:00 a.m. - returning 12:00 p.m. -Or-

pick up 1:00 p.m. - returning 5:00 p.m.

minimum of 4 participants $60.00/Adults

This tour is designed for all levels of physical ability.

THE TREKKER - is a full day tour with pick up 10:00 a.m. - returning 4:00 p.m. Full day tour includes lunch. Minimum 4 participants. This is a moderate to strenuous tour. $85.00/Adults

ALL TOURS include: transportation, snowshoe rental, warm beverage, snacks and naturalist guide.

ENJOY a scenic tour of the Valley, with its history, geology and inhabitants. Besides learning from your guide's knowledge of natural history, geological basics, facts, legends and lore; you will be visiting places of historical and geological interest. Price of $92.00/person includes transportation form your accommodation in Jackson, narrative by a professional guide, tour of the National Museum of Wildlife Art, lunch with a view and an incredible sleigh ride out amongst the elk on the National Elk Refuge. Quite a day! You will still have time following your adventure to consider suggestions from your guide about shopping in town and pursuing other culinary delights...Enjoy. Pick up time at your accommodations is usually 11:00 a.m. - returning approximately 4:00 p.m. a professional guide, museum, lunch and sleigh ride on elk refuge. Dress layered, wear warm boots, bring sunglasses, sunscreen and plenty of film!

Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit for accommodations and dinner are due within ten (10) days of reservation. Cancellation policy: Payment in full received 30 days prior to tour, unless previous arrangement are made at time of booking. Cancellations made within 29 days will be charged full amount of trip.
